Are there any limits to how many support requests I can submit each month?
There is no limit to the number of requests you can submit. These requests are scope-restricted, meaning we are not designing a new theme for you or configuring a WooCommerce store. These are tasks that can be completed by our team in 30 minutes to an hour.
If requests are more extensive than that we'll communicate to provide a roadmap on how best to proceed.
Does my site have to be a WPLaunch site in order to use this service?
We're glad to offer and provide this service to many of our WPLaunch customers, but your site does not have to be one that was built through our WPLaunch service in order to benefit from this service.
What are your operational support hours?
You can submit a request to our systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We respond to requests between 9am and 6pm Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time.
Can I switch my plan after I've started with you?
Yes! You can change between the Standard Plan and the Pro Plan at any time. Just keep in mind if you have an e-commerce website and you're on our Pro Plan any and all requests for help in reference to your shop will no longer be fulfilled by our team.
Conversely, if you start with our Standard Plan, and you add an e-commerce site and need help you can upgrade to the Pro Plan whenever you're ready and we'll be standing by to help!
Do I have to use a specific webhost to use your service?
Our preference is to work with sites hosted on our own platform, but we can work just about any webhosting service. We work with all the major hosting providers like Siteground, Bluehost, Media Temple, Liquid Web, Digital Ocean, Rackspace and more. If you have questions about your webhosting service, please reach out and we can discuss.
What is your refund policy?
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the service we provide for your website we will refund 100% of your money within 30 days, no questions asked.
After 30 days you can request to cancel your service at any time and you will no longer be charged for any services going forward from that point on. However, there are no pro-rated refunds provided.
What if I don't need help every month?
All WordPress websites have need of regular maintenance and upkeep that often should occur more often than monthly. However, if you'd like help for a single one-off task we can help you with a one-time work order.
Work orders are one-time task that are the same in scope and service level as our regular monthly service. Each work order is $77.
Is my site information I provide secure?
Absolutely! We store all passwords and login info that you provide in secured, encrypted systems, so your information is completely safe.
Furthermore, if you cancel your service with us we remove all your account information from our systems so there you can rest assured your information isn't just hanging around out there.
Can I have more than one website on my plan?
Each monthly plan is for one website which is one WordPress installation. We do not support WordPress multi-site configurations under one monthly service plan. Each website must have its own plan.
But do not despair! If you've got multiple websites you'd like to have us help you with we do have multi-site discounts available so please contact us so we can discuss a customized plan to meet your needs.
What happens if my WordPress website gets hacked?
Bottom line is we will help you get it cleaned up! You may be subject to a one-time fee in order to clean out the compromised files and then go through the hardening steps to make sure your site is locked up safe and secure.
