When you sign up you need to have a couple things in order. We’re going to ask you a few questions to help us get your WordPress kit set up, so you’ll need:

• Disqus username and password
• Your theme that we’re setting up for you
• The domain you want to use
• email addresses you want ([email protected])
• Google Webmaster Tools username and password

You don’t have to register your domain if you already have one though. We’ll help you get your existing domain set up when you register.

WPLaunch is designed to get you set up fast, so we don’t do custom web design. However, once you’ve launched and find you’re ready to move in to custom web design, our sister business does.

If you’ve ordered a kit from WPLaunch, your kit will be completed within one business day of your order. Depending on how many kits are ahead of you in line, it could be delivered in the same business day if it’s ordered and payment is completed before 2pm Eastern, but one business day is our standard turn-around time. If you need it faster, there is a rush service available – contact us here for details.

Orders that come in over the weekend, or on a holiday generally are completed by the next business day or next Monday, but if you submit an order for a kit and need it on a Saturday, drop us a note and we’ll see what we can do.

Once you’re registered, you’ll be sent everything you need to know. You’ll get your hosting login information, your usernames and passwords, and access to our ticket and support system. All of that will be available through your WPLaunch account.

There is an affiliate program, however at this point it’s by invitation.

You could, but not without lots of time and work on your part. And if you’re someone who’s not all that comfortable doing this kind of stuff it can end up being frustrating and could lead you to just putting it to the side, and not launching. WPLaunch eliminates all of that.

CloudFlare is a content delivery network (CDN) and security tool that helps manage your DNS, make your site fast, and helps with security. This tool assures that your site is fast, managing your DNS (like mail records for Google Apps, subdomain for other applications, etc.) is super easy, and it’s secure.

As part of your WPLaunch setup we provide you with a theme that you can choose from here. If you prefer us to set up a different theme for you that you’ve purchased separately, you can provide us a copy of that theme during checkout, and we will get it installed for you at no extra charge! All you have to do is get it to us. During checkout there will be a short form for you to complete which will ask you to upload a copy of your theme. We will handle the rest!
